What types of events can be hosted?

Events of all types and sizes can be hosted. Strictly No alcohol and meat allowed inside the premises.

Are catering services provided?

Excellent authentic Indian food prepared inside the Temple can be ordered.

What's included in the event packages?

The all-inclusive package includes event space, banquet-style seating (round tables and party chairs), audio & video services, decorative backdrop, food catering (menu provided), and cleaning.

Is decoration assistance available?

We offer a unique blend of creativity, strategic expertise, and personalized service, tailored to each type of event.

How far in advance should I book?

Bookings open 1 year in advance and depending on availability booking is open untill 1 week before the event date.

Is registration mandatory to attend the retreat?

Yes. Registration is mandatory for this program. You can register online OR you can register at the temple front desk.

Is there any age limit for participating in the retreat?

People of all ages and all mobility levels are welcome to attend the Bhakti Kirtan Retreat. People from newborn to 80+ years have attended these programs and have enjoyed these. Devotees have derived benefits from the techniques taught in these programs.

What's included in the event packages?

For the Bhakti Kirtan retreat that takes place from April 18th - 20th, the registration fee covers participation in the camp activities, three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and material for children’s activities

Do I have to attend all days of the retreat?

We recommend attending all the days of the Bhakti Kirtan Retreat to gain maximum benefit.

Are accommodations provided for out-of-town participants?

Accommodations are not provided directly, but the temple has partnered with nearby hotels offering discounted rates for participants. For accommodation inquiries, contact Neha Patadia at (972) 897-0111 or Pooja Parikh at (917) 863-3645.
