Policies

1. The Radha Krishna Temple is a smoke-free building.
2. No alcohol is permitted on the facility.
3. Only vegetarian food can be catered via Temple or approved vendors.
4. Any damage to equipment or facilities, other than from normal use, shall be the responsibility of those renting the facility. All fees and checks for rental of facilities and equipment are payable to the Radha Krishna Temple and delivered to the administration upon booking.
5. Only free standing decorations are allowed (no nails, staples, tapes, or confetti allowed). All the decorations must be removed immediately after the function.
6. Indemnification: It is an express term of this agreement that the Renter indemnifies the Temple for any costs or damages of any kind incurred by the Temple, as a result of the rental of the facility by the Renter.
7. All bookings and arrangements must be made through the temple at least two weeks prior to the event.
8. Bookings and arrangements in unusual circumstances may be directed to the Temple Administration for approval.
9. Cancellation: A full refund will be given if cancellation notice has been given two months prior to the event. For a notice less than 30 days, no refund will be provided
