Dallas Yoga Fest 2024, hosted at the Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas for the 10th consecutive year, is a FREE three-day wellness celebration scheduled from June 21st to June 23rd, 2024. This exceptional event will provide attendees with over 30 hours of expert-led sessions in fields such as Yoga, Meditation and experts' talks in the field of Internal medicine, Cardiovascular health, Alternative therapies, Nutrition, and Holistic Wellness.
Attendees will have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultivate a heightened awareness and inner rejuvenation. The festival will also feature presentations by leading authorities in Yoga, Ayurveda, and integrative medicine, along with numerous yoga and meditation classes. Moreover, participants can immerse themselves in a global community of yogis and motivational instructors while taking advantage of a thorough full-body health assessment and participating in the 108 Surya Namaskar on the event's final day.
