About Swami Mukundananda
Swami Mukundananda is an international authority on mind management and a unique saint with a distinguished educational background. He received his degrees from two world-renowned institutes, IIT and IIM. Swamiji is a direct disciple of Jagadguru Shri Kripaluji Maharaj, the fifth original Jagadguru in Indian history. He has founded JKYog, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the betterment of humankind.

Swamiji gave us such wonderful tools to handle real-life scenarios and find happiness in adverse situations. My key takeaway from this lecture series was that by adjusting our thought patterns, we can find happiness in any situation. Happiness is a choice that we make in our lives, so one can be happy by developing a mindset of continuous growth and learning. I feel that this lecture series will be very beneficial for the younger generation and children as well as adults.
