Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas have the Toastmaster Junior Gavel Club for aspiring youth who are looking to become the cream of the crop! Take the panic out of public speaking by enrolling in the Gavel club today! Inviting Middle school and High School Students (6th to 12th grade)!

 

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Group and individual coaching on public speaking
  • Mechanics of preparing speeches – depth, organization, transition, etc.
  • Deliver prepared speeches before the class
  • Deliver impromptu talks
  • Evaluate speeches of self and others to increase awareness
  • Mechanics of effective speech delivery – gestures, voice, vocabulary, etc.
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Accept feedback from others in the right spirit
